How is billing handled for training programs?
All programs are billed securely upfront via Stripe. For retainer-based synthesis programs, billing occurs automatically on a monthly cycle. You can manage your payment methods directly within the Secure Command Center portal.
What is the refund policy?
Due to the bespoke nature of the coaching and the immediate allocation of time and resources, all program purchases are non-refundable. Month-to-month retainer clients may cancel their subscription with a 30-day written notice.
Is my data secure?
Absolute discretion is our core principle. We do not use your name or image for marketing. Payment data is never stored on our servers; it is tokenized and processed entirely by Stripe's bank-grade security infrastructure.
Do I need access to a private gym?
While access to standard gym equipment is beneficial, your specific protocol is architected around your exact lifestyle, travel schedule, and available resources. We adapt the science to your environment, not the other way around.
How do the live video sessions work?
Live remote check-ins and form corrections are conducted through our secure, proprietary Video Channel directly inside your Client Portal. There are no Zoom links to lose or external apps to download.
