Executive Health Coaching Agreement

1. Nature of Services

gnomon provides bespoke physical architecture, strength conditioning, and restorative yoga programming. The Coach will design an adaptive fitness protocol based on the Client's goals, environment, and physical baseline.

2. Medical Disclaimer

The Coach is not a medical professional. The services provided do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The Client confirms they have been cleared by a physician to participate in physical exercise.

3. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

The Client acknowledges that physical exercise carries an inherent risk of injury. The Client voluntarily assumes all risks associated with the training program and releases gnomon, its coaches, and its affiliates from any liability for injury, loss, or damage.

4. Scheduling & Cancellations

To maintain strict operational efficiency, any scheduled live sessions must be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Missed sessions without prior notice may be forfeited.

5. Confidentiality

gnomon adheres to a strict Privacy Protocol. All Client data, physical baselines, and communications are held in the strictest confidence and will never be shared publicly or used for marketing without explicit consent.

6. Term & Termination

This agreement remains in effect for the duration of the Client's active coaching roster spot. Either party may terminate the coaching relationship with a 14-day written notice.
